We use all major carrier services including UPS, Fedex and Hong Kong Post e-Express. Whenever possible, carrier that offers the timeliest delivery to your area will be used. In any case, you will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped.

Please note our 30 days return only applies to unworn and intact in its original condition and packaging. Customer will be responsible for the costs associated with return shipment.
You will need to send the product to our Hong Kong warehouse. The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You may ship with the carrier of your choice but please make sure to get a tracking number.

Our watches are backed by a 2 year warranty from date of purchase.
In an unlikely event that there is manufacturing defect, we are happy to repair or replace the watch.
